“There is not giant step that does it. It’s a lot of little steps.” –Anon

Reflection:

Our life is a journey and we each have a goal to accomplish. Many don’t understand that to reach a goal it takes more than just one step; it requires more than you can imagine. The reason why it takes so many small steps is because every step is preparing us for our goal. Each step might seem harder as we go but in reality one step makes us stronger to overcome the next one. All we need to do is to persist even in the toughest situations in our lives, which will try to stop us or block our way of reaching the goal. We need strength, courage, a vision, determination, and a positive attitude to know that a journey starts with one step. On your journey just remember to say “I will persist until I succeed”. Don’t give up on your journey no matter how impossible seems. Choose the right.

Reflection on JFK on physical fitness video:

What I learned about JFK was that physical fitness is important for everyone no matter your age or gender. We all need physical activity to be strong and healthy. He gave us advice when he said that physical fitness is the key to help us live longer. He wants everyone to interact in doing exercise because he cares about his people. I promise to eat healthy, exercise (because I really don’t, at all), stay away from drugs and alcohol and stay positive. I will do this for my own good so I can stay strong and live longer.

"Paint a masterpiece daily. Always autograph your work with excellence”-Greg Hickman

Reflection:
Make every day a master piece of your life, from the start of your day to the end. Choose the right throughout your whole day and your days will be memorable for life. Whatever you do, try your best to do it right, no matter what others think or say. Choose to walk in the path of righteousness and you will succeed and travel far in your life. When the end of each day comes, finish it off with your autograph knowing that you painted a masterpiece on that day. Start every day with a fresh start, with a new beginning, leave what happened yesterday in the past and paint another masterpiece, set a new goal for your life.

"It's not the will to win, but the will to PREPARE to win that makes the difference." -Paul Bear Bryant

Reflection: Many people think that winning is everything but in reality they don't understand what was the real reason why they won. The way they prepared themselves and practiced everyday was what helped them win. their determination and working as a team is what helps you accomplish your dream or wish. for example if you know you have a test and you are determined to get an "A" than you have to do whatever it takes to get prepared. If you study everyday before the test, you will see result when you get your test back with a great grade and you will realize that all that hard work paid off. Prepare yourself for the challenges in life and you will be able to get up with courage and be the difference and reach your goals.
