What I learned about JFK was that physical fitness
is important for everyone no matter your age or gender. We all need physical activity
to be strong and healthy. He gave us advice when he said that physical fitness
is the key to help us live longer. He wants everyone to interact in doing exercise
because he cares about his people. I promise to eat healthy, exercise (because I
really don’t, at all), stay away from drugs and alcohol and stay positive. I will
do this for my own good so I can stay strong and live longer.
