Duties
and Responsibilities:
Health care administrators handle the administration of
patients and their records public relations, material purchasing, supplies
management and even finances. In large healthcare facilities, the
administrators perform visual tasks like observing surgery and therapy. In small
healthcare facilities, the administrators are responsible for maintaining a
profitable business while simultaneously ensuring the facility delivers the
highest quality care to its patients
Healthcare administrators ensure the facility is complaint
with all laws and regulations related to it, managing patient fees and billing,
creating employee and faculty work schedules representing the organizations by meeting
with investors or serving on a board of governors, maintaining up to date
records on the centers services, and facilitating communication between physicians,
nurses, and other members of the medical staff and their department heads.
Salary:
An administrator makes up about $144,880 but depends on the factors
including experience, level of responsibility, and size of facility.
Educational
Requirements:
One who would like to become a healthcare administrator
should earn a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration to enter in this
field. Most states require state-approved training and on-the-job experience,
then licensure from an approved, accredited institute.

Histology Specialist
Duties
and responsibilities:
Histologists prepare tissue samples that are
used by physicians to determine if a patient has a disease, dysfunction, or
malignancy. Histologists prepare samples by using equipment to thinly slice
tissue samples. They then mount the thin slices on microscope slides and use
chemicals to stain them so important structures are visible
Histologists perform complex and advanced
procedures and also perform management functions. Histologist specialists work
in hospitals, veterinary, pharmacies, or research laboratories.
Salary:
$30,000-$35,000
Educational
Requirements:
Students who are interested in becoming a
histologist should take the most challenging high school courses in science,
math, and English. To become a histologist, students should earn a Bachelor’s Degree
that includes one year of clinical internship or complete a long-term training
program in a histopathology lab. They must also pass a national examination.

They establish electronic and digital database information systems. They organize this information into collections and develop catalogs for access and provide reference assistance for patrons. They coordinate and control budgets and supervise library technicians.Health science librarians assist librarians in organizing collections, shelve books, manage circulation desks, answer patrons’ questions, and perform administrative duties.
Salary: $20,000-$30,000Educational Requirements:Students should take challenging high school courses like in information management, science, math, and English.Students should complete library technician program at a community college and also earn an Associate’s degree.Choose the Right!!!I think I would like to be a health science librarian because I like to organize different stuff like books, papers, or simple things like a box with school materials.
