“Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body; it is the basis of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what Greeks knew; that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong.” –President John F. Kennedy

Reflection:

Physical fitness is the most important activity for a person to live healthy and strong. Without physical fitness the body won’t know how to move and the body will only function unless we are strong and healthy. This can be seen in reaching a goal, how do you reach goal? You first must plan what you want to become, how you’re going to achieve it and how hard are you going to work. You first must practice the profession you want to achieve before taking on the real world. We must feed ourselves in the way of surrounding ourselves with those who are positive and will encourage you with your goal. Stay strong even though it might seem hard because the harder it is the stronger and wiser you will become out of it.
